Full payment is required for all items directly purchased from our website from any of our collections other than AMORE. For any item purchased within the AMORE collection a 70% non-refundable payment is required with the remaining 30% to be paid within 7days of order placement after confirmation of diamond solitaire selection. Custom orders have a slightly different pricing structure and can be discussed during the consultation.

We will provide free cleaning of your DBP jewellery once per year, the client will be requested to drop the items off to us, we will provide free resizing of any rings which are too large/small (for 6weeks after the client receives the products, in cases where the person is going to propose in the future we are happy to offer a tailored time period which suits them). Any questions clients have after they recieve the product are welcomed.

Diamonds are most securely set in gold or platinum so we only work with these two metals. The gold alloy is typically 18karat in purity however we can provide 14k and 9k as well in our custom orders.

Returns/Cancellations/Changes

No returns will be accepted unless there is a manufacturing fault. The fault must be disclosed within 7 days of receiving the product. For further information please read our Terms and Conditions Policy.

Once an order is placed for an item we start work on it immediately therefore it is non-refundable or exchangeable. For a custom item we are happy to accommodate any design changes for up to 24hours after design approval has been received.

Yes, the sooner we are informed the better. We will send out an email to the client before finalizing the production just to reconfirm the details.

At DBP we pride ourselves on authenticity and world class diamonds all of our products are certified by an external international diamond grading lab such as IGI or GIA.

The 4 C's are Colour, Clarity, Carat and Cut (A cut grade can only be given to a round brilliant diamond). At DBP we work with the 4 C's in a strategic way to give you the best options that stretch the budget you have in mind as far as we can. We determine which of the 4 C's is most important to you and prioritise it when it comes to budget and cleverly apply the other 3 c's to compliment your choice so you receive a truly exceptional piece. We here at DBP understand that sometimes its just very difficult to know what an ideal budget would be, this is why we offer so much transparency in our pricing. We have a variety of products available on our site with customisation options, you can modify the options until you find something you are happy with which fits inside a budget that is comfortable for you. We pride ourselves on our quality so do not generally drop below an Si clarity or I/J colour range for white diamonds. Custom clients sometimes come with some specific requests at times so we can accommodate them as long as we are satisfied that our products quality does not suffer. No two diamonds are exactly the same so although we have specifications in place we can go outside those for exceptional pieces

We have no minimum spend and recommend clients have a browse on our website to understand we promote affordable luxury in the world of diamonds. Our advice would be to use our current pricing as guidance to understand how far your money can stretch with us.
